The apartment at Casa Volterra was simply amazing! The rooms were cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. I loved the fully equipped kitchen with its fridge and coffee machine. It was perfect for making my morning cup of joe. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels was a nice touch, keeping me entertained after a long day of exploring. And the washing machine was a lifesaver, allowing me to pack light and wash my clothes easily. the apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
One thing that I personally found less appealing was the bathroom with a bidet. I'm just not used to using bidets, so it took me a while to get used to it.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the amenities offered at this hotel. The fully integrated smart home with good WiFi was a great bonus. Additionally, the kitchen was very nice and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The location was also key, as it was situated in a quiet street, but just a short walk away from various shops, restaurants, and cafes. it provided a comfortable and convenient stay.
One downside during my stay was the presence of a persistent and unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. It seemed to be a mold or moisture issue, and despite the property managers' attempt to cover it up with perfumes and fresheners, the problem was evident.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa in the centre of Volterra. The modern, clean property had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living room. The host, Riccardo, was very helpful and provided all the necessary information before our arrival. The location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and historic sites just a short walk away. The pricing was also very reasonable. We highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at the reception were amazingly multilingual, pretending not to understand me in three different languages. Quite impressive, really.
The room had a charming feature - a mysterious smell that made me want to gag. Absolutely delightful.
